Go to the menu bar where it says Home, Browse, Search, etc.

Click on Music

Search for the artist/band of your choice

Click on the link for their page

On the music player on their page they'll have various songs of theirs, click on the little "add" below what song you want.

You'll be prompted asking if you want the song %26amp; of course you'll accept.

There ya go, you have a spiffy new song on your page! =o)

If you want a VIDEO however, you'll have to go to a site such as video code zone for example. Find the video of your choice %26amp; post the given HTML code for it into whatever section on your profile you want it on.
